Monte became interested in stockbroking as a learner in High School and started his career in 1996 as a consultant and advisor with Progressive systems in Pretoria. During this time he has moved through the ranks and has joined the Afrifocus team in 2001. He completed his JSE exam. Monte is actively involved with social upliftment in Mozambique and in South Africa and has a passion for people.
