DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN BURSTONE ORDINARY SHARES

In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended ("Companies

Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the

following:

Investec Limited ("Investec") notified the Company that it has decreased its overall holding in the Company,

such that its total interest in the Company now amounts to 12.4% of the total issued ordinary shares of the

Company.

As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Burstone has filed the required notice with the

Takeover Regulation Panel.

In making this announcement, the Burstone board has relied on the accuracy of the information contained in

the notification from Investec and accepts responsibility for such information as it relates to the Company. The

board confirms that to the best of its knowledge and belief, this information is true and does not omit anything

likely to affect the importance of this disclosure.
