1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 23 July 2025, issued an additional 117,500 1nvestRhodium

debentures at an approximate issue price of R1,026.1009 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,

following subscriptions in respect of approximately 1,081.020 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 905,005 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing

approximately 8,344.029 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
