index with an unchanged shares in issue total

of 287,500,000 and an unchanged

investability weighting of 86.45%.

*The investability weighting update is based on the unbundling terms of 0.50857 Brait shares for every EPE Capital

Partners shares held.

Effective Wednesday 17 July 2024:

A capital repayment will be applied to EPE Capital Partners to reflect the value of the unbundling.
