RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are advised that, following the resignation of the Managing Director of Metrofile
(Proprietary) Limited ("MRM South Africa") effective 30 June 2024, Shivan Mansingh, in addition
to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Metrofile Holdings, will be overseeing the day-to-day
operations of MRM South Africa as an interim arrangement until a suitable replacement has been
identified.
