TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as
amended, ("Act"), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that on 10 July 2024, Lewis received formal notification in terms of section
122(1) of the Act, that Mianzo Asset Management (Pty) Ltd disposed of a beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company, such that its beneficial interest decreased to
4.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Lewis filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
The board of directors of the Company accept responsibility for the information
contained in this announcement having relied on the notice information as provided
by Mianzo Asset Management (Pty) Ltd in the Form TRP 121.1 and, to the best of
their knowledge and belief, such information is true and does not omit anything likely
