Barloworld shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on 15 April 2024 and

27 May 2024, in which Barloworld advised that it has entered into discussions, which, if concluded

successfully, may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities.

any agreement will be reached. Accordingly, shareholders should continue to exercise caution when
