Report to: Compliance Officer

Job Purpose: To assume overall responsibility for daily settlements, corporate actions & administrative support

Requirements

Qualifications:

 – Matric

 – JSE Settlements Officer qualification

 – Stockbroking is essential

Skills required:

 – Personality traits and culture fit

 – Relevant experience 1-2 years

 – Must know the JSE BDA system

 – Disciplined work-ethic

 – Confidence and optimism

 – Resilience and persistence

 – Self-motivated and driver of initiatives

 – Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure

 – Excellent written and verbal communication

 – Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative

 – Excellent computer skills

 – Excel and formulas are a must

 – Bank recon

 – General financial queries
